Return Policy
BagsFollow Safe Tag
This Return Policy applies to the digital BagsFollow Safe Tag product (one-time €5) sold via bagsfollow.com by UMV BİLGİSAYAR YAZILIM TUR SAN TİC LTD ŞTİ, and has been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Return) and Period
Under distance-selling legislation, the consumer is, as a rule, entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without providing any justification.
Important exception: BagsFollow Safe Tag is a digital product performed instantly and electronically. The service is deemed performed the moment the QR code is generated and delivered to you by e-mail. Under the legislation (Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is delivered instantly and whose performance has begun with the consumer’s express consent. Therefore, the right of return ends once your QR code has been generated.
2. Returnable and Non-Returnable Cases
Returnable:
- Payment has been made but the QR code has not yet been generated / delivered to you;
- A duplicate charge or an incorrect amount has been collected;
- Due to a technical error, the product could not be generated or delivered at all.
Non-returnable:
- The QR code has been generated and delivered to you (the product is deemed performed / made available for use);
- The 21-day validity period has started or expired.
Note: The €100 refund guarantee is not a product return. It is a separate commercial commitment that applies when your bag is not found within 21 days and is subject to its own conditions.
3. Return Application Process (Step by Step)
- Send an e-mail with the subject “Return Request” to info@bagsfollow.com.
- Include your order number, the payment date and the e-mail/phone used for payment.
- Briefly state your reason for return (not mandatory, but it speeds up the process).
- Your request is reviewed within 2 business days at the latest and you are informed of the outcome.
- If the request is eligible, the return is approved and the refund process is started.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are made using the original payment method (credit/debit card, etc.) within 14 days at the latest from the date of approval. Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the amount to appear in your account.
